 Complaint

When you shop at Kunstfordeg, you get exactly the same right of complaint as in other stores. This means a 2-year claim period.

After ordering / purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We process your order as best we can. We pack and send out the pictures continuously.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, check whether it has ended up in your junk mail.

Information about the art we present in the online gallery:

We try to provide as correct information and as much information as possible about the artworks.
We reserve the right, however, that the foot of the documentation may differ from the original painting, or that the color profile on the form may differ. We generally strive for good color reproduction. Certain typing/printing errors may occur, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to information given in our online shop/online gallery, our marketing or in any other way. We also reserve the right for errors in stock adjustment.

If questions concern your payment, we refer you to the invoice solution you have chosen. By e.g. Klarna, which is one of the payment solutions we use, you contact them directly.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if the artwork proves to be sold out. In that case, you will be notified of this as soon as possible, possibly with information about another product that can replace it. You choose whether you want to accept the change to your order, or whether it should be cancelled.

Returns and complaints:

According to the Swedish Purchase Act, you have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to return the artwork, and no later than 14 days after you have received it. Right of withdrawal form sent to you by email when we approve the order must be used for a return.
The artwork must be in our hands no later than 14 days after the return has been registered. On return, the artwork must be undamaged and in the same condition as when it was sent from us, and must be in its original packaging where this is available. The artwork must be properly packed so that it avoids damage during transport back to us.
Postage/freight on return is paid by the customer. We encourage you to send an item with a tracking number in case the package is delayed or lost.

Unclaimed parcels from forwarder:

If you do not collect the package within the specified return date, it will be sent back to us. For undelivered and unpaid packages, you will be charged a fee equivalent to round-trip shipping to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undelivered package.

Unclaimed goods to be picked up in store will be removed 1 month after notification of collection has been given.

Excerpt from the right of withdrawal laws:

· The right of withdrawal stipulates that the customer bears the costs themselves (cf. The Right of Cancellation Act § 8, point i). If the goods cannot be returned by normal post, we recommend Posten.no for more information and completion of the return of larger packages. If the consumer has expressly chosen a different type of delivery than this, this is a cost borne by the customer (cf. the Right of Cancellation Act § 24).

· The right of withdrawal requires that notice is given to the seller within 14 days after the delivery has been received. (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act § 21). The consumer must send the goods back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from notification of the right of withdrawal having been given. (cf. Right of withdrawal § 25)

· The right of withdrawal gives the trader the right to charge the customer if the product has suffered a reduction in value as a result of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and/or function of the product. (cf. Regarding the Court of Appeal § 25).

· The Act only applies to consumer purchases. The right of withdrawal cannot therefore be used by companies or others who have acted as part of business activities. (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act § 1).

· The Right of Cancellation Act does not apply to the sale of goods when the total contract sum, including shipping and additional costs that the consumer must pay, is NOK 300 or less. (cf. Section 2 of the Right of Cancellation Act).
